VOXI Earth Modelling: Enhancing mineral prospectivity with regional 3D inversion

This webinar shows how geological surveys and national agencies can expand their services beyond pre-competitive geoscientific data. By creating and delivering regional scale 3D inversions of airborne geophysical data, agencies can help resource companies identify areas of higher prospectivity and mitigate exploration risk. Through a series of case studies, we will demonstrate the use of Geosoft VOXI Earth Modelling service to create regional scale 3D Magnetization Vector Inversion (MVI) models that provide critical subsurface insight for explorers interested in mapping deeper 3D structures and areas under cover.

Government agencies taking advantage of this type of service offer advanced interpretation products to all stakeholders, advancing their understanding of the subsurface, promoting interest in new prospective regions and increasing the potential for new discoveries.

Presented by Taronish Pithawala, the geophysical modelling technical lead for Geosoft. He works closely with geoscientists around the world on pragmatic geophysical inversion for mineral exploration. This webinar was recorded on 2017-05-04.
