Harvest time, reaping the rewards of data organization

Cameco, one of the world's largest uranium producers, had a goal of achieving data management so efficient that they would be able to spend an extra day per week looking for mines rather than searching for data.

This talk describes how they were able to successfully organize, standardize and make their exploration data more accessible for projects around the globe using a common web interface. As a result, saving days formerly spent trying to find, massage and manipulate data.

Presented by Mike McClelland, the Director of Land Tenure & Information at Cameco Exploration.
Recorded on March 3, 2015 as part of the Geosoft Explorer Speaker Series presented at the Prospectors and Developers Convention (PDAC).
