Geosoft software comes with a year of maintenance services, and maintenance subscriptions are renewable on an annual basis.

Global technical support via telephone or email

Geosoft email and telephone support provides expert advice and prompt solutions to your technical problems. The company's global presence, with 6 offices worldwide, enables us to provide 20 hours of support coverage per day, Monday to Friday, no matter where you are.

Geosoft technical support can assist with:

  • Identifying and troubleshooting problems
  • Addressing workflow and general usage questions
  • Explaining what certain parameters can help customers to accomplish
  • Resolving issues during installation, upgrades, and license related activities
  • Identifying and logging bugs reports and feature requests

Software releases and updates

All software updates are provided at no extra cost. Maintenance Program customers receive continual product upgrades and enhancements, and are assured that all Geosoft products are thoroughly tested to work together within the same version.

Geosoft’s development program includes 2 releases of our core system per year. Interim upgrades are available online. These upgrades keep you up-to-date with advances in technology and provide continual enhancements. View highlights from the latest release. 

Online customer support and learning 

The My Geosoft website provides customers with secure access to Geosoft services and support resources. Geosoft has a strong track record of responsiveness to customer needs. Customer input on enhancements and development priorities is collected, tracked and acted upon in the formulation of our future product and service directions. Our research and development program is supported by an in-house team of dedicated developers and geoscientists expert in earth science mapping and exploration software.
