DAP Client Still Shows Original File Name When Renaming a File

Problem:

A file is renamed, but this new name does not display when attempting to view it using a DAP Client.

Environment:

All Dap Clients

Resolutions:

Change TITLE field Metadata to reflect the new filename and recatalog dataset.

Root Cause:

The file name of a cataloged dataset can be different from the name displayed in a DAP client plugin. The name of the dataset displayed in a DAP client plugin is the TITLE of the dataset in its metadata, not the filename itself.
