Is the ArcEngine installation a required component to run Oasis montaj?

ArcEngine install included with your installation package is a required component of Oasis montaj v7.0. This is a result of the new capabilities of Oasis montaj 7.0. A substantial amount of ESRI's ArcEngine code has been embedded into the Oasis montaj 7.0 code in order to support a number of integrated capabilities. As such the ArcEngine component is essential to run Oasis montaj smoothly. This has largely been a result of an increasingly larger partnership between Geosoft and ESRI.
