How To: Add new extensions to a license and activate them

Problem/Symptom:

I want to add new extensions to my license.

Environment:

This applies to all versions and all Geosoft licensed software (Oasis Montaj, Target, and Target for ArcGIS).

Resolution:

In order to add new extensions to your license you'll need to contact your Geosoft Representative. Once you have contacted your Geosoft representative you'll need to update your license. Connect to the Internet. Then on the File menu, select License > Update License. This will connect you to the Geosoft License Server and update your eLicense with the new licensed products.

Note: you can also update a license by going to Start > All Programs > Geosoft > Oasis montaj > License > Update.
