Oasis montaj 6.4.2 is a scheduled software update that addresses software improvements and corrects reported issues with Oasis montaj.
New to this version is the ability to export a 3D subsurface view as a PDF file. Within Adobe Acrobat you are able to interact with the 3D view. It can be zoomed, rotated and individual data layers may be toggled off and on, or made transparent. This PDF export provides a simple way for you to share 3D subsurface data with colleagues and allow them the opportunity to interact with the data.
GM-SYS Profile adds the ability to build time sections and a new Time to Depth conversion tool. Now users have the ability to load seismic time sections, build models in time using all of the GM-SYS tools. And by assigning velocities a Time model can be converted to a Depth model. The cursor tracks between the time and depth windows so that changes made in one window are immediately reflected in the other window.
GMSYS 3D Modeling has a new Joint Inversion capability. Users can select any or all of the 6 gravity gradient tensor components plus magnetic and "normal" gravity to constrain the inversion process.
