New extended support hours in North America

Geosoft has introduced extended technical support hours for customers in West Coast North America. Geosoft support is now available, via phone and email, between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm (UTC-5), Monday to Friday.
Our global support model ensures clients have 24/7 access to email support. Clients can send emails to the Support Team after hours, and a Support Team representative will respond from one of Geosoft’s five global offices in North and South America, Europe, South Africa and Australia.
