Geosoft announces major release of UX-Analyze at SAGEEP 2017

Geosoft will announce a major commercial release of UX-Analyze, a software extension for Oasis montaj, at SAGEEP next week in Denver. The Symposium on the Application of Geophysics to Engineering and Environmental Problems (SAGEEP) is internationally recognized as the leading conference on the practical application of shallow geophysics.

Our team looks forward to showcasing the new features of UX-Analyze at this event, including:

  • Dynamic survey data acquisition, QA, sophisticated target picking with informed source selection and analysis;
  • Updated inversion algorithms (solvers) and an easier to use data structure; and
  • Support for advanced EM sensor data from the NRL TEM 2x2, Geometrics MetalMapper and the new MetalMapper 2x2 instruments.

UX-Analyze provides a comprehensive software solution for classification, modelling and analysis of unexploded ordnance (UXO) using advanced electromagnetic (EM) geophysical data. In addition to documenting quality by means of standard quality control plots, UX-Analyze allows you to select target signatures of interest, model the data and classify the results from static (cued) or dynamic surveys.

UX-Analyze was developed with Geosoft’s development partner AcornSI, with support from the DoD Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP).

For more information see the UX-Analyze Feature Sheet. Visit Geosoft at SAGEEP, Booth 40, for a demonstration.
